CLAIM: Dissatisfaction related to products or services.
COMPLAINT: Dissatisfaction not related to products or services, or discomfort or discontent regarding customer service.
Filing a claim does not preclude resorting to other dispute resolution methods, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
The Provider must respond to the claim or complaint within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days, which is non-extendable.

You are hereby informed that, in order to establish an effective and efficient means of communication to respond to your complaint or claim and, likewise, to comply with Law No. 29571 and the Regulations of the Complaints Book of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, your personal data will be registered in the database called “Complaints Book,” owned by Thais Corporation S.A.C. (hereinafter, THE COMPANY), located at Av. Jartosisa Mz-A, Lt-12, Urb. San Fernando, Pachacámac, Lima, Peru, for the period necessary to comply with the legal requirement, or until you request the deletion of your information.
Likewise, THE COMPANY informs you that hosting services are provided by AjaxPerú Consulting S.A.C., whose storage is located in the United States of America. Any changes to the Data Controller will be communicated to your email address. Users may exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act by sending a free email to thais@thaiscorp.com.
